CFPUA Customer Service’s in-person Thursday hours temporarily limited


Starting on Thursday, September 16, hours for in-person services and live phone calls with CFPUA Customer Service Representatives will be temporarily changed to 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursdays only. 

Customer Service will continue to offer full services and regular hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and on Fridays.  

Customers may still manage their accounts through the Interactive Voice-Response phone system at 910-332-6550, and via CFPUA’s online Customer Self-Service portal.  

This temporary shift in hours will allow time for staff training in anticipation of a number of upcoming initiatives.
