CFPUA’s Customer Self-Service (CSS) portal is experiencing technical issues Monday, July 27.
Customers are temporarily unable to access their CSS accounts or use Quick Pay at www.CFPUA.org. CFPUA staff is working with our software vendor to fix the problem.
If you need to reach CFPUA for business, call the main customer service line at 910-332-6550, or use the Customer Service Contact Form. Our customer service center at 235 Government Center Drive is also open for limited business from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
