Starting Monday, June 1, CFPUA will expand its hours for limited in-person services to 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
In addition to CFPUA’s main office at 235 Government Center Drive, our customer service center at 305 Chestnut Street also will reopen Monday, June 1, for limited services.
Customers will be able to make in-person payments and submit applications to move or transfer an account, but all other business with CFPUA must be conducted remotely or by appointment. Call 910-332-6550 during regular business hours to schedule an appointment with customer service staff. Select option 4 from the voice-response menu to be directed to a customer service representative.
All other CFPUA facilities remain closed to the public.
