CFPUA has been advised that some customers’ email providers appear to be blocking delivery of December or January electronic bills (eBills). CFPUA’s billing vendor has determined that while eBills were generated and sent correctly, certain email providers blocked those bills from being delivered to customers.
The billing vendor is working on a solution with those email providers.
If you did not receive your most recent eBill, call CFPUA customer service at 910-332-6550. You may also check your account information through our Interactive Voice-Response (IVR) phone system or via live chat with customer service at www.CFPUA.org.
Customers may also contact their email providers and ask to have CFPUA eBills added to their list of trusted senders.
