Welcome to CFPUA’s ezBilling service, a free online service that will allow you to review your account information or make secure payments with your Master Card, Visa or checking account . . . 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please note that in order to use our ezBilling online services, you must have:

  • Email. Your PIN will be sent to this account
  • Internet Browser (Explorer, Netscape, etc.) - must be capable of 128-bit encryption.  Browser Information

 

In addition to our online service, CFPUA offers you other convenient payment options:

Automatic bank draft services. To set up automatic bank draft, call Customer Service at 332-6550 Monday through Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm or submit the Bank Draft Authorization form.

Debit or Credit card payments. To make a credit card payment, contact Customer Service at 910-332-6550 or visit one of our two payment centers located at 235 Government Center Drive or 305 Chestnut Street between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. There are no service fees for credit card payments.

Cash or Check payment. Visit one of our two payment centers at 235 Government Center Drive or 305 Chestnut Street between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday to pay by cash or check, or send your check payment to PO Box 58035, Charlotte, NC 28258-0325.  Please do not send cash in the mail.

Please Note: Payment of Utility accounts is the responsibility of the individual or business listed on the account. The due date for your utility payment is printed on the bill. Payments received after 5:00PM will the posted to the next business day.  Weekend payments are posted on Monday. Payments on your account not received by the due date are subject to a late charge and disconnection.
