When specifications are available on-line, you must print a copy of the Bid Invitation, fill it out and deliver or mail it to the Purchasing Division. Changes to the Bid Invitation may occur prior to the bid opening. If you intend to submit a bid, it is important you contact the Purchasing office at 910-332-6589 and be added to the list of bidders who have received bid documents and to receive any addenda that may be issued. You may also notify us by email. The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
