The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority
is a consolidated public body providing water and sewer services for the residents of the City of Wilmington and New Hanover County.

Our core principles are stewardship, sustainability and service, and our mission is to provide high-quality service in an environmentally responsible manner while maintaining the lowest practicable cost.
