MANDATORY CONNECTION
In May CFPUA notified about 75 customers whose properties were annexed by the City of Wilmington in 1995 that we are moving forward with the mandatory connection of both water and wastewater services. A packet of detailed documents has been sent out. MORE INFORMATION
